Assignment
Developing a completely new loading robot for a metalworker. The goal is to automate the entire system. This allows the realization of larger production numbers, without the use of human capacity. 

Nowadays, many metalworkers have robots that automatically place the material in, for example, a CNC miling machine. These robots come in all kinds of variants. However, a big disadvantage of automatic insertion robots is the repetition accuracy.
Modern milling machines measure the product when it is inserted by the robot. However, older milling machines do not have such an action. Because this action is missing, a robot is high repeat accuracy is an advantage. 

Process
Various materials of different sices can be placed in the storage. As soon as the milling machine is finished with the product, the storage transports the new material to the correct position, after which the robot can pick up the product. Next, the robot brings the material to the hydrolically driven clamp. When the clamp is closed, the robot will pick ip the material and transport it to a conveyor belt. It is possible to make multiple formations on the conveyor belt.
