Develop a system to automate the process of stacking and counting products on a rotating table. Because rotating tabels cannot make portions, a lot of time is wasted on these processes at the moment. In order to save time, we have developed a new product using modern techniques.

Often, products from a rotating table are one by one manually placed in crates. As a result, the rotating tables rotate at a low speed, because one person cannot keep up with the movement at higher speeds. Putting several people at a rotating table to solve this problem is not efficient, considering the costs.That is why Blomtec has developed a system with which products on a turntable can be sorted at high speeds and stacked in trays. This allows one person to take out more products at the same time, making this process more efficient.

Process
The conveyor belt feeds the products. These products are then stacked on the trays of the rotating table and brought into formation. When this process is completed, the tray in question rises up, making it easy to remove the packages of products.
