Lidding 100 trays per minute


A completely new control system has been developed for this machine. This lidder has to provide 100 trays per minute with a lid.

The trays are filled with:
- Soup
- Tomato sauce
- Carbonara sauce

Rotating table


The rotating table is a newly developed product, using contemporary techniques. For a customer we have developed a system in this rotating table, which ensures automatic stacking of products and makes it easier to remove the products from the table.

Inliner for sealed trays


A project to provide several inliners with new controllers. An inliner is a machine that turns multiple lines into one flow of products.

The packages are filled with meat products that are mostly used as spreaders.

Stacking bread plates


For this existing machine a new control system has been delivered. Mechanically this machine is in good condition, but the controls were outdated and the components were no longer available.

The machine has been developed to automatically stack bread plates in a storage. From this storage the bread plates can be replaced in the line.

Positioning to an accuracy of 0,015mm


An assignment to develop a completely new machine for a metalworker.

This built robot will take the material out of a freely adjustable storage and places it accurately in a CNC milling machine

Reject products


An order in which a complete machine has to be delivered.

This portal robot consists of a total of 6 individual robots. Four robots are used to remove rubber seals from the mould and place them in a box. The other two are used to put a carton on each seal.
